Intensive LARE Workshop BCSLA Intern/Associate Sub-Committee Oct 18, 2014 : 10:00 am to Oct 19, 2014 : 3:45 pm

Are you considering writing LARE this December?

The BCSLA Intern/Associate Sub-Committee would to invite you to an intensive LARE review session that will cover Sections 1-4 to be held at in the Boardroom of eta landscape architecture in Vancouver (1690 West 2nd Avenue Vancouver, BC) on Saturday, 18th October 2014 from 10am - 4pm. The eta office is at the corner of Pine and West 2nd Avenue. Many thanks to Gerry Eckford and Daryl Tyacke of eta landscape architecture for making this room available!

LARE Candidates and Interns are invited to participate in a fast moving exam preparatory session.

An overview, and material covering Section 1 and 2 will be held in in the morning and Section 3 and 4 will be held in the afternoon. The format enables candidates to assess strength and weaknesses, to preview problem styles, experience drilling, discover success factors, as well as hear an overview of the LARE content to enhance exam taking performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to network with other Interns and form study groups for the upcoming exam session.

The session features slides, short video clips, discussion, and individual questions referring to the current LARE format.

Interns and recently registered Landscape Architects who have passed the exams will be on hand for each session to answer questions and provide tips and tricks to help pass the exams.

We will have on hand a variety of study materials including the books that are on the reading list from CLARB for review. This one day workshop is free for all BCSLA Interns and Associates.

For more details or to RSVP, please send an email to [email protected] by Friday October 10.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Best regards

BCSLA Intern and Associate Sub-Committee
