Waterplay Solutions Corp. is seeking a highly organized and motivated technical sales professional to join our Sales team as a Territory Development Manager. Waterplay and its affiliated companies design and fabricate recreational aquatic equipment for the world market. Located in beautiful Kelowna, BC, a four season playground, this position will provide you with ongoing opportunities and rewarding challenges as this innovative company continues its rapid growth.
A sampling of the duties involved, but is not limited to are:
• Sales management in a designated territory via Dealer and direct channels
• Strategically position various product lines
• Develop and manage relationships with key industry influencers
• Manage opportunities and increase conversion rate to orders
• Strategically respond to tenders and RFPs
• Maintain technical knowledge of all products and industry issues
• Deliver engaging presentations to small and large groups of professionals
To excel in this role you will require: expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, experience with a CRM resource, superior organizational skills, effective and positive communication skills and an ability to manage competing deadlines. These skills, coupled with your strategic analytical capabilities will round out our already outstanding team.
