UBC MLA Student Brown Bag Info Session BC Society of Landscape Architects Jan 9, 2014 : 6:00 pm to Jan 10, 2014 : 5:45 pm

The BC Society of Landscape Architects is pleased to present an Information Session for UBC MLA Candidates on Thursday January 9th, 2014, 6:00 pm at the UBC Landscape Architecture Annex.  This session provides an opportunity for students to hear from BCSLA Board of Directors, Jaqueline Lowe (MBCSLA, BCSLA President Elect) and Emily Dunlop (MBCSLA, BCSLA Director) about what comes next—life after graduation as a Landscape Architect.  The presentation & discussion will include interning, navigating through the LAREs, membership and licensure, continuing education, and how to get involved with new and emerging BCSLA committees with a purpose of raising the profile and overall quality of the profession of Landscape Architecture in B.C.

A Pizza Dinner will be provided.  Please RSVP to Nathan Grimson  at [email protected] by January 8 in order to facilitate logistical arrangements.
