VanPlay Community Dialogue: Bold Aspirations Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation Jun 6, 2018 : 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

We have a history of transformational ideas – 22km of sea wall, a neighbourhood park for every community – so what’s next for parks and recreation in Vancouver?

The Vancouver Park Board is developing Vancouver’s Playbook, a new plan to guide how we create vibrant, parks and recreation over the next 25 years.

Park Board Commissioners and staff invite you to discuss the goals we've crafted, from your input, which will transform parks and recreation.

  • Do they reflect what is important to you?
  • Is there anything missing?
  • How will they impact you?

When: Tuesday 6th June 2018, 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm

Where: City Lab, Ground floor 511 West Broadway

Who: Anyone interested in parks and recreation in Vancouver.

We’d especially like to see those who submitted a Deep Dive workshop - representatives of Community Centre Associations, Committees of Council, program and service providers, recreation industry businesses, clubs, stewardship groups, friends groups, stakeholders and anyone contributing to sport, arts or recreation.

Light refreshments and door prizes!
