IBI Group’s Vancouver office is searching for an Intern Landscape Designer to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:
-Design and coordination of various landscape architectural projects
-Preparation of schematic design development drawings and creative presentation graphics
-Preparation of construction documentation, contract administration and inspections
-Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies
- Project management including monitoring of budget
-Preparation of various types of landscape architectural proposals.
Qualifications:
-A minimum BLA from an accredited University program. Candidates with an MLA and those working towards licensure as a landscape architect are preferred
-3+ years of experience in landscape design
-LEED accreditation is an asset
-Experience in urban design, sustainable design and landscape/site planning & design
-Contract management / landscape construction field experience
-International project experience / recognition in international design competitions
-Ability to work in a team / multidisciplinary environment
-Strong interest in working in a fast paced environment
-Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic programs
-Valid driver’s license & vehicle is preferred
