This position will work within a team environment to support design projects with technical drawing, drafting, and details. Please forward Resumes to [email protected] Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Work with our senior design team to develop and manage our standard detail library – CAD format. Respond to project needs from the coordinating staff member. Prepare technical detail packages: layout and dimensioning, planting, specific project details, grading and drainage, as-builts. Prepare presentation graphics for design panel or open house: sketch-up models, plan view renderings. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, area take-offs. Assist in the research of materials and details on behalf of other staff members. Manage the technical materials catalogue in our library to en-sure easy access for all staff. Dress in a professional manner so as to be available for project meetings and site reviews. Skills & Attributes: Ability to work well in a non-structured, Design team environment Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite ACAD 2010 or later, Sketch-up. Strong organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Design/Technical-oriented, strategic mindset
