Project coordinator/ administrator

For nearly 50 years, Holland Landscapers has been synonymous with quality landscaping in British Columbia.

Holland Landscapers competes on a broad range of venues including urban parks and plazas, municipal sea walks, high rise residential and commercial, luxury town homes, municipal streetscapes, estate residential, architectural waterfalls and features, green roofs and roof gardens, walking and hiking trails, habitat remediation and riparian, sports and recreational facilities.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator and Administrator with the following:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Construction knowledge- Materials and techniques
  • Computer skills- Microsoft Office, Adobe, Basic AutoCAD
  • British Columbia plant knowledge

 

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budgets
  • Monitor and report on progress to the Operations Manager

 

 

Education: 

Post secondary degree in Landscape Architecture or Construction Management is an asset but not required.

Experience: 

Minimum of 3 years in a constrution or Landscape Architecture office
