This senior position is for a creative, self-directed individual, who is interested in assuming a leadership role. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, both inside and outside of Ontario, collaborating regularly with the Vancouver office. This position offers opportunities for travel and the potential for advancement within the firm.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 years’ experience following graduation from an accredited Landscape Architecture program;
· Registered or eligible for registration in Ontario;
· Willingness to become fluent in cemetery and memorial design, parks and trails;
· Demonstrated project management experience;
· Experience providing team leadership, staff supervision and mentorship;
· Strong design, communication and graphic skills;
· Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office;
· GIS skills would be an asset but are not mandatory;
· Advanced proposal and report writing skills;
· Project experience extending from conceptual design to the preparation of construction documents through contract administration and site services;
· Demonstrated leadership in one or more aspects of our profession;
· Capable of planning and leading exemplary engagement processes;
· A willingness to assume progressively responsible roles in our firm, and
· Experience working abroad and/or willingness to travel would be an asset.
