BC Healthy Communities features an article on The Value of Urban Green Space Workshop held in Victoria

The BCSLA Vancouver Island Chapter hosted a one-day conversation centered on the value of urban green space. Experts in the field discussed new research findings on the correlation between human health indicators and access to green space, the benefits of green space to infrastructure, and the climate-resiliency that trees and green spaces help build into cities.
