We are seeking a talented and energetic office administrator and marketing coordinator. This exciting opportunity can be done on a flexible schedule in which you can combine working remotely from your home with working out of our Vancouver office (355 Kingsway). This is a full-time position operating 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 9-5.
We are a young, vibrant and growing group of landscape architects, civil engineers, and certified arborists. We have a solid reputation in the industry operating in the Lower Mainland of BC since 1999. Our firm has clients across Western Canada including a wide range of consulting services.
Skills and Required Qualifications
· At least 2 years experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with Ajera Project Management software a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A passion for marketing and design
. Must have previous experience in professional writing.
· Must have experience in a professional office environment.
. Education in Marketing or communications is an asset.
. Previous experience in our industry is an asset
Primary Responsibilities:
. Proposal Writing and Coordination
. Responsible for tracking and coordinating proposal submissions.
· Communication with clients regarding proposal submissions and follow-up.
· Coordination with project team to set-up projects upon award.
· Assistance in time
· Monitor website and upload new content.
