- CanWest is Western Canada’s premier horticultural trade show, connecting buyers and sellers throughout Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Over a 2-day period, the CanWest Expo offers 2,800+ industry professionals with over 250 booths. This year's Expo has moved to the Tradex in Abbotsford, a move that has allowed CanWest to include an outdoor Equipment Demonstration Zone, as well as other great perks, including FREE parking! CanWest offers seminars and clinics that help industry professionals increase their expertise in various areas. Throughout the Expo, fourteen speakers host 20 sessions, including the Landscape Designers Symposium. This symposium offers landscape professionals three unique sessions from three speakers; starting off with Julie Moir Messervy with landscaping ideas that work. If that doesn't interest you, Adam Bienenstock is offering a half day power clinic on Natural Playgrounds. Regardless of what you are looking for, these shows offer valuable information that you won't want to miss. 2015 Show Dates & Hours September 9 (11 am - 6 pm) September 10 11:00am – 5:00pm Trade Show Admission Pre-Registration: BCLNA/BCSLA Member Rate: $12 Non-Member Rate: $15 Show Admission After August 25 or at the Door: $20 Prices subject to tax.
