Register Today for Invasives 2015!

We have an exciting line-up of presenters at this year’s 2015 Invasives Forum & AGM! Just a sampling of our exciting 2015 speakers includes the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations’ Deputy Minister Tim Sheldon, who will open our first session and will provide insight into history into the management of invasive species in BC. We will also hear from Quirks and Quark’s own Bob McDonald, who will be taking questions from the audience!
Don’t miss the EDRR Workshop: BC’s Early Detection Boot Camp held on January 22and co-hosted by the Inter-Ministry Invasive Species Working Group. This is a hands-on opportunity to identify and learn more about featured invasive species and BC’s plans for responding quickly and efficiently to high impact invasive species before they become established in BC.
New this year is the ISCBC’s Celebration & Awards Gala! We are proud to announce that the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, Honorable Judith Guichon, will join us to celebrate the individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exemplary actions in the invasive species management in BC.
