Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about using current technologies to create beautiful, sustainable, and bespoke residential landscapes that leave a lasting impact.

A Typical Week:

• Work collaboratively and maintain clear communication with all employees, contractors, and clients during the execution of all phases of design and development.
• Use your technical skills in various modeling programs such as Sketchup and/or Rhino to create models from our designs, and then employ rendering programs (such as D5) to create lifelike depictions.
• Employ technical knowledge of PBR Workflow and Photogrammetry into renders and designs for presentations.
• Contribute to the preparation of construction-ready drawings for contractors who will execute our plans.
• Report to your Senior Designer daily to discuss schedules and project tasks.
• Participate in virtual and in-person meetings in the office and on site.
• Work with all employees to peer review all drawings before they leave our office.
• Participate in company social programs such as company team-building events, show gardens and installations, and not-for-profit day events.
• Continuously maintain and expand knowledge on technology and intriguing design ideas that will influence your work.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape design, extra consideration given to experience that includes the development of high-end residential properties or larger scale construction with intricate designs;
• A degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a similar field;
• A tenacious attitude and ability to work independently or with a team;
• Skilled understanding of modeling and rendering software, as well as thorough knowledge of CAD (ideally Vectorworks) and Adobe Design Suite;
• A keen eye for detail, and a creative thought process that aims to push boundaries.
