The 2026 BCSLA Annual Conference & Trade Show will be held on Thursday, October 1 to Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier in North Vancouver.

2026 Conference Registration Rates (subject to applicable taxes):

* BCSLA Landscape Architect = $300 ($350 as of September 1)
* BCSLA Intern & Pre-Intern = $225 ($275 as of September 1)
* BCSLA Retired Member = $200 ($250 as of September 1)
Student = $120 ($150 as of September 1)
Non-Member = $320 ($370 as of September 1)

* = These rates are only available to active BCSLA members in good standing. Before you register, log into your BCSLA member account to access these rates. Contact the BCSLA office for assistance; please allow up to 3 business days for a response.

Cancellations & Refunds: Conference registration cancellations must be received by BCSLA in writing more than 30 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund; no refunds are eligible within 30 days.
(BCSLA is required to commit to various costs with the venue, suppliers, and service providers 30 days in advance, which remain payable even if a registrant cancels their attendance. For this reason, refunds are not eligible within 30 days of the event.)
