2025 BCSLA Oral Exam - OCTOBER 31st
The BCSLA Board of Examiners (BoE) oral examination represents the final step to obtaining a Landscape Architecture licensure in British Columbia. Conducted four to five times annually and virtually, this examination offers limited spots and is exclusively available to the approved candidates.
The Board of Examiners (BoE) oral exams are made only available to:
- BCSLA Interns (who passed all sections of LARE)
- Reciprocal Candidates (applicants from Canada & USA)
- International Candidates
Please note that spots for the BoE exams are extremely limited. Once your registration has been confirmed, we will contact you by email with your assigned time slot for the day of the exam. The exam will be conducted virtually via Zoom and will take approximately 30–45 minutes.
IMPORTANT — To register, you must first log into your BCSLA account. Please note:
- You are permitted to register for one exam only. If you register for multiple exams, all your registrations will be canceled.
- Time slots are not flexible, requests to change the assigned time on the exam day will not be accommodated.

Registration will open on January 24, 2025, and close on September 15, 2025, or earlier if capacity is reached.
