In this presentation, BCSLA licensees will be introduced to the digital seal policy of BCSLA to meet the highest standards of document reliability as defined in the Electronic Transaction Act of British Columbia. Licensees will learn what are the key ingredients of electronic document reliability, the different types of e-signature solutions available and the varying levels of reliability of each and understand the digital seal policy as a means to acheive high standards and public safety. Members will also be presented with the BCSLA digital signature services and have a quick demo of the solution. This session will be recorded and published online.
