Habitat Systems is inviting you to participate in National Accessibility Week. Join us for an in-person outdoor playground accessibility tour with our Inclusive Play Specialist, Jill Moore.
This tour is in conjunction with the City of Surrey, The Rick Hansen Foundation, and BC Wheelchair Basketball for National Accessibility Week. Join us at 10:00 a.m. to experience wheelchair basketball first-hand, followed by a presentation from the Rick Hansen foundation and the tour by Jill Moore at 11:15 a.m.
Jill’s firsthand experience provides insight into the creation of inclusive and accessible play, and also in planning park amenities like access and egress, parking, seating, shade, and more.
