We are seeking a detail-oriented Irrigation Design Technologist to support our growing irrigation consulting team. In this role, you will assist with drafting irrigation plans and as-built drawings, supporting the design process, preparing estimates and specifications, attending site inspections, and more. Rate of Pay:
$50,000 - $60,000/year depending on qualifications and experience
Education:
Post secondary diploma or certificate in a related field (eg. irrigation, engineering technology, landscape architecture, landscape design, AutoCAD drafting).
Irrigation Association Certifications (ie. CID, CLIA) are strong assets.
Experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with municipal CAD standards and irrigation systems/products is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
