who are we?
We are a team of landscape architects, urban designers, planners, a golf course architect, construction administrator, and talented technologists - and a few dogs too! We maintain an informal and inclusive studio atmosphere where ideas are shared, cultivated, and transformed into meaningful work for our communities. 
We do all kinds of work and we are always up for a challenge. Public and private sector. Public realm, streetscapes, master planning. Resort and golf course developments. Feasibility studies, community planning, and visualizations. In everything we do, we bring a passion for design excellence, spirit of curiosity, and a commitment to rigorous practice. Oh, and we have a lot of fun along the way. 

who are we looking for?
We are looking for calgary-based team members who can contribute to our landscape architecture | urban design work, our growing urban planning practice, and to our unique office environment. We are looking for individuals with a keen design sense, with diverse experiences, skills, and interests, and who thrive as part of a team.

Experience: 

We are specifically looking for the following:

Individuals with at least 2 years of experience in technical design and production and/or graphic design, visual communication and visualization.
Demonstrated skills | abilities must include: 

  • autocad/revit/rhino/sketchup - revit knowledge is highly valued
  • adobe creative suite - photoshop and/or illustrator are assets
  • attention to detail
  • creative problem-solving
  • collaborative, iterative design and production

Individuals with at least 8 years of experience, with the ability to lead complex projects, collaborate in all phases of design, documentation, and construction, and provide the mentorship and support that is so important to our office culture.
Demonstrated knowledge | skills | abilities must include: 

  • project management + delivery: client, consultant, and project team coordination, deliverable management, scheduling and budgeting, quality assurance
  • interpersonal and organizational skills
  • technical knowledge; detailed, complex construction documentation
  • approvals processes
  • construction administration experience

Assets may include: 

  • ability to write, tell stories, and deliver presentations
  • engagement and facilitation capabilities
  • landscape construction experience
  • graphic design/layout, visualization capabilities
